What is it? Voted #1 Platinum Women’s Only Fitness Club, Boot Camp and Weight Loss programs. Mom and Baby Stroller Fitness is a 30 min workout with cardio, strength and core conditioning using mini bands, body weight, your little one and mat work. Class ends with a 15 min stretch cool down along with parachute time songs. Indoor Nov – Apr / Outdoor May – Oct, weather permitting.
What if it rains? Outdoor class would be online Zoom. If you cannot attend, you can make it up in any class on the schedule during the session, no roll overs.
Who is it for? Moms 6 wks+ post-partum (babies and kids of all ages welcome). Click here for PNA details.
What to bring? Indoor shoes, no strollers in studio (baby car seats welcome), mini band (contact us here if you need equipment), mat, wear comfy clothes, water and any items to keep your little one comfortable. Sunblock, hat, sunglasses, bug spray for outdoor sessions.

Sick Policy: For safety, do not come sick with any symptoms you or baby/kids. You can make up missed classes in any class on the schedule. Please cancel class in Mind Body when possible.
