Ingredients

Makes 8 bagel bites
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup almond flour or for a nut free version try 1/3 cup of gluten free all purpose flour (cook only 8 minutes and add a bit more if it’s not thick enough.)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning (divided)

How to Make Everything Cottage Cheese Gluten-Free Bagel Bites

  1. Preheat oven: 350°F (175°C) or Air fryer: 375°F
  2. Mix In a bowl, combine all ingredients except half of the everything bagel seasoning (reserve it for topping after baking). Stir until thick and well combined.
  3. Use a medium ice cream scooper or your hands to form 8 small balls.
  4. Cook in Air fryer: Cook at 375°F for 8-9 minutes or Oven: Bake at 350°F for 12–15 minutes, or until golden and set. If baking, lightly grease muffin cups to prevent sticking.
  5. Finish & Serve Sprinkle the remaining everything bagel seasoning on top. Let cool slightly before serving.
  6. I found a recipe online and modified it slightly (I can’t recall the original recipe source).
