Fit4Females is excited to feature our brand new Member Spotlight section. We take pride in supporting our Members both inside and out and we want to recognize you for your commitment, achievements both big and small, dedication to Fit4Females and for finally making YOU a priority. There is nothing to big or nothing to small. You get bragging rights and all of our Team Leaders and Members get to cheer you on and give you high five’s in class. Our first Rock Star Member, is Shelley Anderson. She is registered twice a week in Cardio Boot Camp and hasn’t missed a class. Here is her story:

F4F: How do you stay committed in a busy schedule?
Shelley: Even with a busy schedule I am able to stay committed because I realized that being active helps me to be a better wife and mom.
F4F: What made you keep coming back to Fit4Females?
Shelley: I keep coming back to F4F because I love being a part of a supportive community of women who are all in class for the same reason!
F4F: Any advice to give to our Members to encourage and uplift?
Shelley: Think positive! It can make all the difference in your progress.
F4F: What was the best part of your session?
Shelley: My favourite part of the summer session was the energy! I’m looking forward to fall!
