Fit4Females is in the business of  inspiring and motivating others to be the best version of themselves and helping transform people from the inside out.   We know how difficult is it to take that first step.  You know, the “Before” process where you stand on a scale and are completely vulnerable?  Where you are faced with the fact that your pants don’t fit anymore and you swear that they “just did”?  Where you admit to yourself that you need to make a change?  Where you silently bow your head and ask yourself “how did I let myself get here”?  After all of that you have to “admit” that you have to work hard every day and make lifestyle and nutrition changes.  Let’s face it, it down right sucks!

“My journey with F4F began on February 14th 2012. I am a mom of three small children.  I was very hesitant to join F4F because I lead a very sedentary life and I rarely worked out.  In fact my husband often commented about how inactive I was in my life.  I joined F4F to lose my pre-pregnancy weight.

In the last 6 months my life has been transformed.  Trina not only taught me how to exercise, she taught me how to eat well, and lead a healthy and nutritional lifestyle.  The knowledge she has given is priceless.  Not only has it benefited me, it has benefited my family and friends.  We are all living healthier lives because of the advice she has continuously given.  I have become a role model for my children.

The advice Trina has given me has also prevented me from having gallbladder surgery; I am now able to live my life with minimal pain.

Trina is such an inspirational and motivated individual, who touches everyone she meets.  She always has a smile on her face, with such a positive attitude.   She contributes to the community in any way she can, most recently asking her classes to donate to the food share and to raise money for a family in need.

The atmosphere during classes is one that allows for healthy competition, understanding, feeling comfortable in your own skin and is non judgmental.  Trina inspires everyone to perform to their maximum capacity, whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced individual.  I’ve been to other boot camps and those instructors showed one level which was advanced and needless to say I no longer go there.
