This week I want you to try something simple:
Head to your local farmer or grocery store and find some Berries! Berries are my favourite summer snack as they are fresh and have endless health benefits (anti-aging, antioxidants, etc). They are low on the glycemic index (think sugar) and filled with fibre. I eat them every day. Perfect toppers for summertime salads and so much more.
Plank every single day as long as possible. Do this for an entire week. The power of a plank is so amazing for your core! If you are advanced, max out on foream plank jacks! Burn!
