If you know me, you know that I am constantly preaching healthy nutrition and fitness to everyone. I am a huge believer in eating clean and decreasing our body fat not for vanity but for health.  Your goal should be to “Become the best version of YOU“.  Fitness and nutrition must go hand in hand.  You cannot have one without the other.  Are you in need of a detox this summer?  When was the last time you kept a fitness and nutrition journal?  What would your journal look like?  You only get one body!
