winner is

  • Top 6 competitors percentage lost: 2.07%, two people tied at 1.72%, 1.57%, 1.38%
  • Last weeks winner did not make the top 5 this week
  • Most people admitted they had a “cheat/bad meal”.  It’s not the end of the world.
  • Sometimes you lose and sometimes you don’t, either way stay strong and motivated.

Reminder: Just because a challenger wins doesn’t mean they are going to win again.  It’s based on that week only, not a running total.
