Let me tell you that the results from our 6 week A New Year a New Year Biggest Loser  Challenge are incredible!   Everyone is feeling and looking great. Congrats to all of you who are making healthy changes.  The results are starting to show.  Who says you can’t make a difference in one week?  This is not only a 6 week challenge, it is a life journey.  Remember that slow and steady is best and diets do not work!

  • Top 6 competitors percentage lost: 3.81%, 3.48%, 3.39%, 3.11% and 2.03, 2.00%
  • Sometimes you lose and sometimes you don’t, either way stay strong and motivated

Reminder: Just because a challenger wins doesn’t mean they are going to win again.  It’s based on that week only, not a running total.
