This Simple Veggie Club Sandwich Recipe was a huge hit for a quick supper fix at my house.  It was healthy, easy, vegetarian and a so delicious.  You could also use it for a breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack. Enjoy!

Veggie Club Sandwich

Veggie Sandwich


1/4 Avocado

6-8 slices Organic Tomatoes

1 oz Organic Cheese

 Onions (I grilled them for 1 minute with water in a pan)

Fresh Pepper

2 Slices Whole Grain Toast

Pair it with a big salad!

Serve and Enjoy!
