It’s time to move at Fit4Females and we want you to tell us what you did to move a little more today. I have been swamped behind my desk with the launch of our new Fall Schedule and Programs and as result I have less time. It’s easy for me to say “I don’t have time, I just need to finish one last thing, after this, after that.” In fact I have made those excuses and skipped workouts (I’m human too!) Today I HIIT a short 10 minute Tabata Workout in my home gym. So let’s get after it.
Workout Breakdown
- Make sure you warm up for 4-6 minutes first
- 20 seconds of hard rowing – track your meters
- 10 seconds of rest
- 20 seconds of supine body rows on a barbell
- 10 seconds of rest
- Repeat above 4 times total
Don’t have a rower: replace with skipping with a rope or pretend you have a rope
Don’t have a barbell: use dumbbells and do a bent over row
Supine Body Rows
I repeated this 4 times, rested for a minute and then repeated it again. Enjoy!
