Protein Pasta with Spinach, Kid approved
I shared this on Instagram because it’s easy, quick and healthy. I used one and a half containers of spinach because it wilts down a lot once cooked. Pasta is not the enemy especially when you reach for a high protein pasta like the one in the video.

- 1/4 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Avocado oil
- 2 chopped onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 5 cloves of crushed garlic *to your liking
- 1 box or 2 heads of spinach
- Add your favourite protein pasta
Easy Breakfast Protein Scramble
I love warm breakfasts but I’m not a fan of bacon and eggs. Try this as an alternative to the “traditional breakfasts” that we are used to. Swap or add any vegetables you like.

- Sautée any veggies you like *I chose onions and mushrooms
- 1/4 tsp of Garlic powder, smoked paprika, regular paprika and cayenne pepper to taste
- 1 can of chickpeas
- Tons of spinach
- Small drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive oil
- 1 tbsp of Nutritional Yeast
- Mix all together until the spinach is wilted
