Coach Trina’s Update

I’m coming back.   I had a Brain Surgery Biopsy in April and have been off recovering. I will be transitioning back slowly to teaching in each class on the Schedule YAY!  Lots of transition in my personal and work life right now.  Can you relate to the stress of meal prep, fitting in workouts, kids back to school, work life balance, routine, commuting, laundry, grocery shopping, etc.?  Workouts and Meal Prep are key!  As I get back to teaching and my schedule changes, this is part of how I will manage meals. Set up your routine and make ahead:
