Four workouts and How to Crush your Fitness Goals is our focus this week.  Plus a seven day workout plan for you below.  Because motivation doesn’t always last, you must practice discipline.  Make it happen even when you are tired and busy.  So many women are telling me they “feel disgusted with themselves” .  That breaks my heart.  I’ve got an exciting new Live Audio Training Session below from my 8 week Online Train with Trina Program.   Below is an inside look.

To achieve any goal or task in any season of your life, you have to take action and be disciplined.  If you practice these 3 steps below you will start to create habit and long lasting changes.  You don’t have to feel disgusted with yourself or hate standing in front of yourself in the mirror.  These tips are what helped me get healthy and fit after three kids and build a very successful business at Fit4Females.  Get a pen and paper and let’s dive in.

Step 1:  Fitness Goals & Health

Write down ONE health or fitness goal you want to achieve in the next 90 days.  Examples could be, lose weight or inches, reduce or remove sugar, workout 3-5 times a week, walk 4 times a week or anything you want.  90 days is a great timeline to aim for.

Step 2:  What do you have to do to make it happen?

Pen to paper.  To make this “goal” come to life, you have to put in the work.  List all of the action steps you need to make it happen.  Writing down what you need to do makes goals come to life.  For example if I want to workout 3-5 times a week it might look something like:

This is one step I would plan out to make my goal happen…

Monday:  14 minute Total Body Workout and lots of water
Tuesday: Rest, walk & lots of water
Wednesday: ABS, Core and Cardio Workout and lots of water
Thursday: Rest, walk & lots of water
Friday: HIIT Leg Workout and lots of water
Saturday: Rest, walk & lots of water
Sunday: Quickie 2 Move Circuit 55 Rep Challenge and lots of water

Step 3: Practice Discipline

Don’t wait for motivation to show up.  As a result, you must practice discipline which is the act of doing it when you don’t want to do it.  MAKE yourself do it because it’s good for you.  Don’t wait to be motivated to workout, go for a walk, eat better or do anything.
