Legs ABS & Butt Workout
Change your words. I told my daughter that “I want to have a workout today” and she replied “no, you will workout today“. Train the people around you to remind you to keep you accountable. I chose to handle my stress with this awesome workout which consisted of Squat AB twists either body weight or with dumbbells, Booty work with back kicks and deadlifts and planks. Start with body weight and progress from there.
Try this Legs ABS & Butt Workout:
16 Total AB Twists *start with body weight and progress to dumbbells
4 Back Kicks and 4 Deadlifts, repeat on other leg for 20 reps total *Stand tall, squeeze glutes and hamstrings
2 Plank Rows and 2 Glute lifts x 10 total each
Perform 4 rounds total

Workout ABS, Core and Cardio Fitness Challenge
I created an ABS Core Cardio Workout for you this week. Complete with a video, photos and a Pinterest card for you. Start small and progress as you get stronger. There is a short demo video below for you to watch and get excited about the workout.

Skip the store bought taco seasoning and try these natural ones. Make this if you are strapped for time and you still want to eat healthy. My kids love these Lean Lettuce Taco Wraps. Batch make the meat and freeze it for later use or have another day for another meal. Click here for the recipe.
