I have some great Tidbits this week after I recovered from last week’s emotional mess.  I gave myself permission to take a few days to process.  We all need to be kinder to ourselves. I got pretty emotional on my Facebook Live video when I found out Fit4Females won Best Boot Camp in the Hamilton Community News.  It’s been a rough six months and the response to that video is amazing.

We officially won Best Boot Camp in the Hamilton Community News!  Thank you so much for your support, love, comments and for voting. My Team and I work hard to bring you the best Fitness Programs in the City and since we are a smaller company, we need everyone to vote.  It’s been an incredible year and we plan to continue to improve and grow for you.  We will be celebrating with a big Karma Party Boot Camp class on June 7, I hope you will join us.

I needed a couple of days to get my “groove back” so I cleared my schedule.  Sometimes you need to take a few steps back to move forward. and allow yourself to cleanse your thoughts and emotions.  You carry your smile hopefully every day and that can get exhausting.  Permission to take the smile off your face and know that you don’t have to be happy all of the time.  It’s NORMAL!

“A workout will cure just about anything”.  It will bring your smile back, get your happy hormones going and give you a dose of endorphins.  On a scale of 1 to 10, how happy are you with your self care?  Be honest and then take some time to heal.

We are Getting Real | Personal Love from Me

Today is all about my transformation and it comes with a smile that was a struggle to sometimes find in the last 6 months. My life has been a chaos SH!T show since October when a situation knocked me down and a serious medical situation took over my life (future post to come).   Social media can make you feel bad about yourself but it’s all just a story of everyone’s FRONT show. We don’t always see the back end show but I have always promised to be authentic and share to help others. That’s what you get when you are part of Trina’s Tribe.

Six Months of Chaos

The last 6 months have taught me so much and I have really grown in every aspect of my life. I am happier than ever to be coming out on the other side mentally. I don’t have all of the medical answers yet, more tests are to come and some possible treatment that I absolutely DO NOT want but my mindset is so clear.

It comes with good and bad days but mostly a ton of mental work. You could say I’m banging out Mindset Burpees every day to fight back the BS we call chaos and overwhelm with uncertainty and challenge.

I share this because I know your life might feel like a mess, like chaos and it might have you losing focus, motivation and part of your happiness. It’s ALL NORMAL

Permission: You don’t always have to be happy but you always have to be AUTHENTIC. Go easy on yourself.
