Outdoor Workout | Quickie Circuit with Trina and Michelle

I love having an accountability buddy because I push harder and it’s so much fun having my friend Michelle around.  It keeps us extremely accountable and we slack less with each other than when we are on our own.  Grab a buddy and try this outdoor circuit.

Completely unmotivated?  That happened to me for a couple hours today.  Normally I would hit a work out but today is read day.  Here’s how to get your motivation back?


 Self talk to get off your A$$ and out of your frumpy clothes Dance to your favourite song
 Must shower
 Do your hair and make up or add your favourite lip gloss
 Dress as though you’re casually going out with your girlfriends
 MUST put shoes on
 Mandatory selfie in your favourite pose *Mine is always with a smile and a Booty Pop WARNING: this may lead to complete happiness, motivation and a personality change ?
Now if only I had somewhere to go!?


Trina Talks | Coffee and Cravings

Working on cleaning up coffee and fighting back with my cravings.  I was really craving sweets, carbs and pizza and this is how I decided to cheat so that I wouldn’t be completely off track.  This is what I did to recognize and replace.  When you are cycling hard and about to get your period, try this instead of killing your entire diet with chips, chocolate and junk.


Trina Talks | Changing Habits

My second habit to change in July is to get outdoors more often and shut down.  I challenge you to tell me with the hashtag #fit4females.  What habit do you need to change?  Try some HIIT Training?  Take your workout outdoors?  Get to bed early?
