Nutrition Tip: Having a hard time kicking your sugar addiction?  Remember this, it ages you! Think “Fountain of Youth” when you decrease your sugar intake.   Plus, you are more likely to get sick when you consume sugar since it affects your immune system. Cut your sugar and enjoy happy hormones, a healthy immune system and a smaller waist line (aspartame, anything ending in “ose”, no artificial sweeteners, diet pop is equally as bad as regular popetc).  We are in flu season and who wants to get sick?  Reason enough!
