Wellness of the Week challenge. It’s time for a change! Change is one of the hardest things to make and to accept. As soon as we adjust our thinking, change will naturally occur. I am focusing on the changes that are occurring in my life right now. Some of them are easy and some of them are difficult but all of them I have accepted. Change equals results, growth and can be so refreshing.
