2013 is here and we all want to get fit. Let’s face it, when it comes to all of the diet books out there it can get confusing and overwhelming. I educate my clients about healthy eating. I do not put them on a diet, restrict their caloric intake or give them the “latest detox shake”. I educate them about healthy eating. The bottom line is everything is acceptable in moderation.
The problem is, most us of have a different definition of what “moderation actually is”.
