Tina Grzicic, Member Spotlight
I became a Fit4Females member 5 years ago, after the birth of my second child. I initially joined with a friend and was looking to lose the baby weight and get some “me” time. I finished the first session and felt great! I decided to stay on because I was starting to like the feeling of doing something for myself that fit so well in my schedule. I was also starting to see results in my body, which was an added bonus.
Being a busy mom of two and working full time I thought to myself there is no way I am going to keep this up. I had tried and failed many at home exercise programs and diets. I can honestly say Fit4Females is the first program that I have ever started and actually stuck with. I can’t believe it has been 5 years and I am still sticking with it. I think the reason I keep coming back each session is because of the ladies that workout at F4F. Everyone is so real in their stories, struggles, and achievements. It is such a great group of supportive women.
Trina is obviously another big part of why I have continued with Fit4Females. Her positivity is uplifting. Her passion is inspiring. Her knowledge is motivating. You always know when you see Trina in class you are going to get your butt kicked and you don’t even hate her for it…. you’re thankful. Thank you Trina, for giving me the knowledge and passion to better myself physically, nutritionally and emotionally. I have more self-confidence now then I ever have.
The best part of the session is that each class is different. You definitely become familiar with the moves and terminology like burpees, deadlifts, birddogs, double-unders, sumo squats etc. Each week though is different in it’s plan and target areas and therefore it is never boring at a F4F class.
My advice to anyone starting out with F4F is keep coming to class. Be committed and prioritize it in your week. Come to class and take from it what you need: a pep talk, nutrition tip, or a kicked butt. There is something for everyone.
