Snowy Day Warm up

10 Jumping jacks

10 squats

10 Arm circles front and back

10 Trunk twist

Repeat 4 times until nice and warm (5 minutes)

Round 1 Snowy Day Workout

20 Pushups

40 Snowed in Side Skaters

10 Brr…urpees (get it brrrr 🙂

20 Snowy Bicycle Runners (stand on one foot and pretend you are rapidly cycling through snow) – each leg

20 Snow Angels (slow and steady – only do it facedown to target back of the body)

12 Squats or Squat Jumps

Round 2

15 Pushups

30 Snowed in Side Skaters

8 Brr…urpees (get it brrrr 🙂

15 Snowy Bicycle Runners (stand on one foot and pretend you are rapidly cycling through snow) – each leg

20 Snow Angels (slow and steady – only do it facedown to target back of the body)

10 Squats or Squat Jumps

Round 3

10 Pushups
