Fit4Females fans you are going to love this.  Most of us love dessert but we do not enjoy the effect it has on our waist line and thighs.   As promised, I am sharing with you my very own creation of “Smiling Thighs Apple Pie”.  Technically it is minus the pie so your thighs will love it.  My kids and guests always gobble it up.   Best of all there are only five ingredients and 4 simple steps.

 Fit4Females Apple Dessert – “Smiling Thighs Apple Pie”

Ingredient list:

Apples of any kind (Royal Gala used above)

Uncooked Organic Oatmeal

Coconut Oil

Water

Cinnamon

*I always use organic ingredients whenever possible

Step 1 – Peel and cut apples

Step 2– sauté apples in a pan until soft (use a little water so it doesn’t stick)

Step 3 – Add 2 tbsp of Coconut oil, dry uncooked oatmeal and lots of cinnamon

Add water as it softens (the more you add, the softer it will become)

Step 4– Sprinkle more cinnamon on top of the dessert and on a plate to make it fancy

  Serve and Enjoy!

I don’t measure anything.  I used approximately 8 Apples, 1/2 cup of Oatmeal, 3 Tbsp of Coconut Oil and tons of cinnamon. Tip:  if you wanted to make it crispy you could put it in the oven for a few minutes until it crisps.
