Self Study (excludes Online Meetings and Coaching with Trina). Follow an easy and done for you meal plan including grocery lists and recipes and five at-home workouts with minimal equipment needed. There is daily inspiration and emails.

The perfect time frame for achieving great results. With the meal plans, grocery lists, and workouts all laid out all you have to work on is buying the groceries and putting in the work. Best done with a group of people to add to the accountability aspect of the Challenge. Having life time access to the membership site is a HUGE Bonus, allowing me to revisit the recipes and the meal plan when ever I need to kick start any goal I may have 🙂
