I’m challenging you to a Nutrition WOD of the Day Challenge *wellness of the day.  Time to move on and keep making progress.  Who is ready to start getting lean with me?  Stop counting calories because it’s unnecessary and ridiculous.  Stop eating processed food.  Let’s get rid of 3 processed items for the week that you are consuming regularly.  East less crap – Carbonated drinks, Refined sugar, Artificial sweeteners and colours and Processed Foods!  It’s easy to reach for food that doesn’t serve you especially through a drive through.  How can you drop weight?  Eat proteins, fibre and healthy fats and carbs in the form of veggies and protein.  Here are some suggestions that work for me.


Nutrition WOD of the Day Challenge

Stop being on a life DIET.  Stop struggling and start living.  If you want a DIET here is mine (D.I.E.T: Do It Everyday Trina!):

  • Eat food in it’s natural statenutrition-wod-of-the-day
  • Eat lots of veggies
  • No processed garbage
  • Eat protein at every meal
  • Healthy Snack between meals
  • Drink lots of water
  • Never go more than 3 hours without eating
  • Eat healthy fats
  • Sweat daily
  • Workout
  • Move daily
  • Dance
  • Sleep
