Ask your questions, share your struggles in advance and I will address them on Live Sessions which are recorded for you.

What is NOT included?

There are no meal plans delivered, we will NOT be cooking, there is no meal prep involved, we will not be talk specific macros or calories. I take a holistic approach to food and that’s how I lost 30+ pounds.

Each session is about you, your questions, struggles and the other ladies on the journey with you.
