Are you up for the MOW Challenge?

Nutrition:  Cut back on your caffeine intake all week (tea, coffee, pop, chocolate, etc).  Take note of any sleep changes.

Wellness:  Do something for you every day (get a massage, meditate, read a book, take a bath, look in the mirror and compliment yourself, etc).  I bet you do tons of things for everyone else?

Fitness:  add a 2 minute challenge 4-5x this week (30 sec pushups, 30 sec squats and repeat 2x)
