What Will You Accomplish this Week?

1. Fitness: Ride the bike every day and continue with Physio Rehab exercises
2. Nutriton: more greens
3. Wellness: continue with Project Love
Fitness: I am starting a new program this week, so my goal is to sort out the “bugs” so that it is smooth sailing in the following weeks.
Nutrition: less sugar and carbs
Wellness: try to connect with friends that I haven’t talked to in a while.
