Mother and daughter Boot Camp is exactly what our incredible Member Jen and Chloe do to spend more time with each other. Meet Jen! She has been a member for more than 5 years and was nervous to join but soon found out that our Boot Camp is for every fitness level. Jen joined Boot Camp to make herself a priority and so did her beautiful teenage daughter Chloe. Tell us WHEN and WHY you joined Fit4Females
I joined Fit4females about 5 years ago because I wanted a healthier more active lifestyle. Trina was highly recommended by a friend.
How was your first Fit4Females workout and what made you stick with us
My first workout I was very nervous. I was unsure I’d been able to keep up with the class but found out very quickly that the classes were adaptable to every fitness level. I have stuck with Fit4Females because it remains a comfortable and positive place to stay healthy. The workouts are always challenging however the encouraging and thought provoking cool downs are a big reason to look forward to the next class.
Why do you love Fit4Females and the Team Leaders?
The Team Leaders are motivating and encouraging. Days when you barely make it to class they give you the encouragement to push through. I always feel fantastic at the end of every class.
What has Fit4Females done to go above and beyond?
Fit4Females went above and beyond the day they allowed my 14 year old daughter Chloe to join as their youngest member. Now I get to spend more time with my very busy teenager doing something we both love.
Tell us about your biggest non-scale win since joining Fit4Females?
Since attending Boot Camp, I have definitely gained self confidence.

Any encouraging advice you can share with our Readers that are not putting themselves first or nervous to join?
Always take care of you! If you want to do something to feel stronger physically and mentally this is a great place to start.

My Best tip: I drink lemon water every day. Hot and cold.
What do you want to accomplish in the next 90 days?
My 90 day goal is to strengthen my upper body. I’d also love to run another 5km event.
