Tell us WHEN and WHY you joined Fit4Females
I joined F4F after having my son, Matteo. I wanted to get moving but I didn’t want to be separated from my son. This class was an opportunity to get what I needed, while enjoying the company of my brand new little one.
Tell us about your first Fit4Females workout and what made you stick with us
During my first workout Trina took the time to introduce me, which made me feel part of the group. Usually when you join a group workout everyone already knows each other so it’s hard to talk to anyone. F4F was not like that at all! I felt comfortable with the people around me right away. Oh! and I LOVED parachute time!
Why do you love Fit4Females and the Team Leaders?
I love them because they always take the time to talk to you. They don’t rush in and out of class and it feels like they are truly part of it.
What has Fit4Females done to go above and beyond?
Not only is F4F a fitness class, but they have created a network of moms who care about each other. I know I can go to anyone in the class, or the Team Leaders, and ask them something about babies, or ask advice, and they are always willing to help. Even when it is not fitness related. Once I had a clogged duct from breastfeeding, I asked a Team Leader if she had dealt with that before and she gave me some advice which helped clear the duct. I was VERY grateful.

Any encouraging advice you can share with our Readers that are not putting themselves first or nervous to join?
Everyone at stroller class is so nice. I have never had anything but pleasant encounters with the women who attend.
Share your best “make it happen” FIT Tip
Just GO! Get up! Even if it’s a walk to the end of the driveway. Getting up and moving is the hardest step in the right direction, once you have the momentum the rest is easy.
What do you want to accomplish in the next 90 days?
My goal is for Nutrition, I don’t eat enough greens and I need to work on that. Fresh vegetables every day!

Stroller fitness feels like a part of my life now. It’s not something I have to do, or something I just attend because I signed up for it.
