This Lean Green juice is easy to make and is filled with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.  Kale and spinach are full of antioxidants and if you haven’t tried Pumpkin Butter, it has incredible health benefits.  Time to get lean and clean with this green juice!  Juices like these are a natural healthy detox.  Great for a snack or first this in the morning.  It’s delicious!

Lean Green Juice

Gluten free, dairy free, nut free, vegetarian

Ingredients: 1 serving

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 apple, remove core, skin on
  • 2 large handfuls kale or spinach,1 tbsp pumpkin seed butter or any nut butter
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 5 ice cubes
  • Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • Optional: 5 strawberries


How to Make:

  1. Add ingredients in order listed above
  2. Blend and enjoy!

This is not as sweet as a smoothie but it’s filled with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.  Kale and spinach are high in antioxidants and pumpkin butter is a great addition healthy fats.

Juices like these are a natural detox. Great for a snack or first thing in the morning to get you energized and replace coffee. Lean green is the way to go.

If you have kids, it’s a great way to get nutrients in that they might not normally eat. Try them as frozen smoothie pops too.

FYI:  My favourite protein powder is family friendly.
