Tell us WHEN and WHY you joined Fit4Females
I joined Fit4Females at 5 months postpartum. Honestly I wish I had found out about the program earlier! I joined because I was bored at home with a 5 month old and feeling very lazy and isolated.
Tell us about your first Fit4Females workout and what made you stick with us
I was so nervous for the first class but when I went everyone was so kind and welcoming. The workout was actually challenging and I loved that. I keep coming back for both the hard workout and socializing.

AMAZING Trainers. They know exactly what you need and make sure you are moving at a pace that is right for you.
What has Fit4Females done to go above and beyond?
The Team Leaders are always willing to push around your crying baby so you can have a little “me” time to workout. They are always accommodating with the workouts from low impact, diastasis recti safe, to high impact. And provide the best parachute time for the kids!
What has been your biggest non-scale win since joining Fit4Females?
- I get out of the house 3 times a week!

Just do it! After your first class you will feel 100% better.
Share your best “make it happen” FIT Tip
Just get out of the house! Even if you don’t feel like working out, GO! You will feel better just having some adult conversation. There are days when I don’t feel like working out and am tired because my baby didn’t sleep, but when I go to class I always come home feeling refreshed.
What do you want to accomplish in the next 90 days?
I want to work towards having a healthy pregnancy.
