“Using yoga to “communiKategood” with ourselves, our relationships and our environments my classes are a Meditation in Movement. After completing yoga teacher training at the Yoga Centre of Burlington I began teaching yoga and meditation to the staff at St. Joe’s hospital. Having spent time with stressed our doctors and nurses I realized the transformative power of therapeutic language and decided to study further in the birthplace of yoga. In India, I completed advanced training in meditation and hatha yoga and now use the principles of Ayurveda to guide fellow yogis through invigorating postures and breathwork. My commitment is to nurture the balance between confidence and vulnerability. “
