Just a reminder that you do not have to be a Mom to do the MOM Challenge because it is a free Motivation of the Month Fitness Challenge for everyone!  Join me for the Fit4Females free June MOM Challenge.  Pen it in your calendar because it’s a total body workout that can be done in less than 10 minutes or you can extend the time to make it a workout.  You don’t need any equipment and you have no excuses!  Let’s do this.  Grab a friend and make each other accountable 3 x per week.



“June No Equipment, No Problem”

MOM Challenges can be done anywhere, at home, on the road, at class, etc.  Be sure to warm up and push as hard as you can during each set.  Get a mat, set your timer and work it hard.

Set a timer, 30 / 10  seconds

Three times through with no rest – You will be done in less than 10 minutes

1 – Dive bomber push-ups or basic pushup if you are just working up
2 – V-sit sit rope climb
3 – Lunge pulses-left-more advanced add a jump still staying on one side
4 – Lunge pulses – right
5 – Burpees in honour of Trina 🙂
