“Legs and AB Challenge”

MOM Challenges can be done anywhere, at home, on the road, at class, etc.  Be sure to warm up and push as hard as you can during each set.  Get a mat, set your timer and work it hard.

Set a timer for 6 minutes

Try to get in as many rounds as possible, record them and try to beat your time.  Post your rounds completed in the comments below.

  1. 30 Side Skaters
  2. 12 each arm Spider Plank or Plank work up option
