Fit4Females believes in balancing fitness, nutrition and wellness as the whole package to weight loss and healthy living.  Julia is a fine example of embracing all three aspects of this healthy approach.  She hasn’t gotten here over night and she is continuing to improve by working hard with a Hard Core Pass and learning more from the Train with Trina Program.  Take a look at the inspiring Spotlight of Julia.

Tell us why you joined Fit4Females?

I had been active throughout my pregnancy, but after giving birth I felt very physically and mentally depleted.  I tried for months to get back into a workout routine but couldn’t get motivated.  A few friends had great results with F4F and I decided to take the plunge and try a Stroller Fit class. 


What thoughts did you have before joining Fit4Females?

I was feeling exhausted and frustrated with my post baby body.  I knew I really needed to focus on my mental and physical wellness.


Tell us about your first Fit4Females workout

I was a bit intimidated and wondered if my body would be able to keep up.  I surprised myself!  I realized I had a long way to go but the workout was achievable and I was motivated and encouraged by the other Members and Trina.  I felt amazing afterwards and knew that I needed F4F in my life!


Why do you love Fit4Females and the Team Leaders? 

F4F has given me my confidence back!  It’s not just the classes that make you physically stronger, it’s the relationships that you build with so many incredible women who are facing the same challenges as you.  It’s a sisterhood built through sweat and it’s just so incredibly motivating.  The Team Leaders are amazingly supportive and it is so evident that they are invested in your progress.  I love the goal setting and accountability that is built into the programs and knowing that if I’ve had a bad day, going to a class is the best therapy. 


What improvements have you made since joining Fit4Females?

I have seen my physical strength and stamina increase to a level that I have never achieved before, I’ve lost the rest of my baby weight, but I’ve gained so much more: self confidence, friendships, greater knowledge of how to fuel my body and improved mental health. 


Any encouraging advice you can share with our Readers?

Just try one class.  You will walk out with a sense of ‘wow, I just did that!’  It’s an incredibly powerful feeling.
