“I was 3 months postpartum, sitting on the couch, watching too much TV, eating fast food and junk food out of boredom, and gaining back the weight I had just lost after having my first child. In mid February 2012, I took a stand and joined Stroller Fitness with Fit4Females.”

“My first class I felt weak, tired and sore, barely planking for 10 seconds.  I continued showing up to class 3x/week because I was so highly motivated by Trina and the other moms and dads in the class. I felt accepted right away and was encouraged to see that there were others experiencing the same struggles that I had with food, sugar, fat, exercise, energy and positive thinking.”

“I slowly began to notice small changes in my body, clothes were getting looser and my energy, strength and endurance was increasing. It is now May 31, 2012, just 3 and a half months later and I am 30lbs lighter and stronger than ever!!!”

“The times when I would get down on myself, wishing the weight would fall off faster, frustrated with what I thought was a lack of progress, Trina was quick to deter my negative thinking. She explained that the weight would begin falling off as I created more lean muscle and that it was better to lose the weight slowly. And she was right.”

In closing, “I went to the mall and tried on a size 8 dress and it didn’t fit…HOLY S*%#… I have not been a size 8 since I was 15 or 16. Bye Bye size 14 clothes and hello first ever 5 km run in May”.  Trina, thank you for believing me and helping me to believe in myself!”
