Sometimes it’s fun to just go out and play. Be sure to warm up and work at your own level. You have to work up to the moves. Pull ups are one of my favourite and least favourite exercises. They are so hard for me. They are my favourite because they work incredible strength but my least favourite because they are so hard. Go play!
