Tell us WHEN and WHY you joined Fit4Females

I have been following the Fit4Females Facebook Fan Page for a few years.  I have back and hip problems that I struggle with and I have used it in the past as an excuse for limited exercise.  In 2015 I met someone to help me with my back and hip problems.  He suggested I find a trainer to help me regain muscle.  Fit4Females and Trina came to mind first.  So in fall of 2016 after having baby number 3 I finally met Trina.

Tell us about your first Fit4Females workout and what made you stick with us

My first workout was the Stroller Circuit.  It was a great class and if Fit4Females was closer to my house I could see myself going back often because they accommodated and gave me a different exercise if the ones they offered put a strain on my back.  I continued with Fit4Females because of the online 4 minute Tabata Challenge free workouts and the 10 Day Lean and Clean Challenge with the nutritional and exercise advice.  The online Tabata was awesome.  I could do them in the comfort of my home at 5 or 6am when the house was nice and quiet.

Why do you love Fit4Females and the Team Leaders?

I love the whole team because they are very positive and motivational.  Everyone is very nice and non-judgemental.

What has Fit4Females done to go above and beyond?

I believe the online free information that I have benefited from is above and beyond what any other company does.  The videos and information Trina provides for free is amazing and inspiring.  The information is amazing and has really opened my eyes and helped me a lot.  I am putting money aside to pay for her Online Programs because I know having Fit4Females in my corner I can meet my goals even sooner.

What has been your biggest non-scale win since joining Fit4Females?

The biggest non scale win has been my digestion.  My stomach has felt so much better.  Also I am a happier person when I am eating and feeling better.

Here’s your chance to brag about your wins!

free-workouts-tabata-spotlight-jenniferMy win is my improved mood around my kids.  When I was doing Tabata in the morning and singing to get the kids up it is such a happier house hold.  I have lost a few pounds and inches but for me the non scale wins are more important right now and will keep me on the road to meeting my goals.

Any encouraging advice you can share with our Readers that are not putting themselves first or nervous to join?

I was on the edge forever to get help and try something new.  I was afraid I would hurt myself more so I hid and continued to gain weight.  I am glad I took the leap and am learning so much about how to take care of myself and my family.  I  wish I did this 6 years ago when I had my first child but I am glad I am learning now.  Taking the leap was totally worth it.  A little at a time.  I cannot wait until I am able to take an even bigger leap and reach my ultimate goal.

Share your best “make it happen” FIT Tip

My best FIT tip is to keep moving no matter what you do.  If you do something everyday even 4 or 5 mins to keep the blood flowing it is better than doing nothing.

What do you want to accomplish in the next 90 days?

In the next 90 days I want to continue on this path to better nutrition and fitness.  I would like to see more weight come off and my muscles get stronger.

Anything else you would love to share?

Fit4Females is my piece to my puzzle to put myself back together again that was missing.  I am glad I found them.
