What Online Fitness Programs have you found success in?

I chose the unlimited Hard Core Membership to have all access to the Live Women’s Only Online Fitness Classes and the Video on Demand Replays.  I would encourage you to try a class.

When and why did you join Fit4Females?

I joined Fit4Females 4 years ago when my son was just a couple months old. I wanted to get out of the house and do something for myself during a time when putting myself felt almost impossible. The workouts challenged and motivated me to push my muscles to work harder than they had in awhile. After class, I felt strong and ready to conquer the rest of my day and I loved that feeling, I was hooked!  

What made you stick with us?

Fit4Females is committed to empowering women to pursue a healthier and more active lifestyle. As a result, that is how the trainers made me feel. They empowered me to put ME first for a change. 

Empowered that even though my movements in class weren’t always coordinated or strong, I was still trying and doing my best and that is what matters to the Trainers at Fit4Females, that you SHOW UP and give yourself the best workout that you are capable of… and then, push yourself a little further.

What specific results (both physical and emotional) have you seen since working with Fit4Females?

After working out with Fit4Females for a few years:

  • I’ve seen improvement in my self confidence
  • I feel stronger and happy when I complete a workout
  • I am able to block out the negative self talk that tells me all the lies and believe that I’m worth it
  • I’m worth the time and energy it takes to get my body moving!

What do you love about Fit4Females and the Team Leaders?

Team leaders at Fit4Females have a passion for seeing women prioritize themselves physically and mentally. I appreciate the encouraging words and mindfulness practices that are included in the “cool down” portion of the workouts. This is so important in training our minds to slow down, clear the brain fog and breathe deeply for a few minutes, a practice that is easily forgotten during a busy day.

What has Fit4Females done to go above and beyond?

Tons of free stuff here! Fit4Females wants to see everyone show up and succeed! They take the time to receive feedback from their participants and tweak their programs to best suit the needs of their community. I don’t think that is common with other fitness programs and it is so appreciated.

F4F puts their community first and works hard to prove that by delivering such a well rounded service. They do so by building new:

Brag about your wins big and small

Fitness wasn’t really a priority in my home growing up. However, I found a love for fitness in my adult years and now as a parent, I can see that I’m inspiring my children to live a more active lifestyle and that is a win for me!

What would you tell someone who is nervous to join?

Fitness classes were intimidating to me because I’m not very coordinated and didn’t feel very confident in my ability to keep up with women that might have been working out longer than me. I realized quickly that Fit4Females has such a diverse community of women at all levels of fitness, ability, age and size.

Above all, the Trainers always provide modifications if you require them, so you never feel discouraged or incapable. I quickly learned that as long as you show up, do your best and break a sweat, you are succeeding in class….even if you can’t hold a 30 second plank!

What do you want to accomplish in the next 90 days?

I want to build a better daily routine around committing to showing up for myself, physically and mentally. It’s easy to be swallowed up in all of the chaos of maintaining a home and meeting all the needs of your loved ones and then actually feeling guilty for the time spent on personal growth. I need to change this mindset within myself. My goal for the next 90 days is to create a better sleep schedule so that I can feel better and be more productive during the day.

Anything else you would love to share?

I am a work in progress. This statement encourages me to keep working on myself, but also gives me permission to be kind and recognize that this is a very busy season in my life with young children to care for. Every day will look different. Some days it will be harder to motivate myself and others I will feel very accomplished. I just have to get up and treat each day like a new opportunity to succeed. – Cailin
