It was the same story for all of us at the Week 3 weigh in.  “It’s tough.  I’ve had a bad week. I’ve been so busy.  I’m falling off the band wagon.   I’m getting frustrated and feeling down”.  Nobody came in feeling overly confident.  Remember this, if it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.  Whether you are struggling with your nutrition, fitness or sleep, take a look and figure out what it is your are missing.  Fit4Females is offering $10 drop in to any class on the schedule until the June 27.   I was put on this earth to motivate and inspire you so get to a class.  If you want nutrition advice, please contact me!

This week was another tight race.  The finals are going to be close as many people are separated by ounces.  The top 5 mentions (1.88, 1.67, 1.51, 1.31 and 1.08).  We are talking about being divided by ounces, not pounds!  The rest will be kept a secret so keep it up.  Get to a class and check out the schedule here.   Be sure to register asap for the Summer Sessions for some hot and sweaty fitness.
