Be sure to warm up first and go at your own pace. Grab a timer, a mat and get ready to sweat!
RX: repeat all 5 exercises 3-6 times depending on your fitness level. Start small and work your way up.

10 Squats with a knee driver on each side (add a band for resistance)
Fit4Females Summer Fit Part 2 Move #2
10 Low Jacks “Butt boogie” (add a band for resistance)
Fit4Females Summer Fit Part 2 Move #3
10 on each side half squat sit with a band oblique pull in (or use a water bottle, weights)
Fit4Females Summer Fit Part 2 Move #4
10 on each leg – single deadlift oblique driver (do not round your back)
Fit4Females Summer Fit Part 2 Move #5
10 seated AB single or double leg knee ins (do not round your back and be mindful of really engaging the abdominals)
