This weeks free MOW Challenge (Motivation of the week) is an important one.  The simple act of “writing it down” will help with your journey to improvement.  Take a sheet of paper and write down your current “Strengths and Weakness” in 3 categories Nutrition, Fitness Plan and Wellness. Post it on the Fit4Females Facebook Fan page wall to motivate and support each other. This small exercise will help you change and achieve better results.

Example:

Nutrition: S – Eat lots of veggies W – Not enough water
Fitness: S – strong core W – not enough time for workouts
Wellness: S – positive family life W – need more sleep!
