Almost every client asks me the same questions:  “What do you eat?  Can you post your meal plan?  How can I get enough protein?  I need new simple ideas!”  So here it is, my pre-workout snack today.  This Fit4Females Protein snack packs a healthy punch providing you with 15 grams of protein, 37 grams of carbs, 280 calories and 9 grams of fat.   This recipe is easy and a great vegetarian option allowing you to  add up your protein for the day.


2 pieces of Ezekiel Sprouted 100% Whole Grain Bread (toasted or not, that’s up to you, I love the crunch)

2tbsp of Goat’s Milk Cheese

1 Whole Tomato

Whole ground pepper for flavour
