Let’s get lean in 2013 with the Fit4Females January MOM Challenge. This month’s “Love My Sexy Legs Challenge” incorporates core, legs, upper body and cardio. A total body workout in 8 minutes. Let’s get on it, I only need 8 minutes of your time. MOM Challenges can be done anywhere, at home, on the road, at class, etc. Be sure to warm up and push as hard as you can during each set. Get a mat, set your timer and work it hard.
8 min with no break
- Lunge with a Twist
- Mountain Runners
- Squat Jacks
- Leg Lifts with a heel drop
Love My Sexy Legs challenge (LMLS) will start with 2 reps of all 4 exercises then 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, etc. The goal is to get as high up into the dozens as you can in 8 minutes. More advanced: add a weight or medicine ball to the lunge twist.
Nutrition Challenge: No white flour or enriched flour all month.
