I posted a special contest on Facebook for all of my Fit4Females fans to guess the ingredients in my delicious breakfast smoothie.  This Fit4 Fat Blasting Protein Smoothie is perfect for anyone who wants a healthy dose of vitamins, want to battle belly fat, fight disease, get leaner and healthier and increase their antioxidants.   I am certain that my fans, members and Biggest Loser Challenge competitors will love it.

This Protein smoothie is packed with healthy fats, protein, fibre, antioxidants, vitamins and more.   All of the ingredients are on my “must have” on hand at all times list.

Fit4 Fat Blasting Protein Smoothiefit4-fat-blasting-smoothie

? Ingredients: 

2 cups of unsweetened Almond Milk (can sub with rice, hemp, coconut, etc. – not soy)

1 cup frozen Blueberries

2 tsp of ground Chia seeds

1 tbsp of all natural Almond Butter

1/4 of a ripe avocado (which you can’t taste)

2 scoops of your favourite protein (vegan, whey, etc – I used vanilla flavour)

12 ice cubes

*Always use organic whenever possible

Step 1 – Add almond milk

Step 2 – add all other ingredients

Step 3 – Blend, serve and enjoy!
