MOM Challenges can be done anywhere, at home, on the road, at class, etc. Be sure to warm up and push as hard as you can during each set. Get a mat, set your timer and work it hard.

Tabata Core Craze!

Short, sweet and effective

20 sec Stand in a L single leg deadlift position and drive the R leg back in a kick, repeat with good form (standing kick)

20 sec repeat above on the R

20 sec face up heel drops close to your buttock (try not to bring the legs far away from your body)

20 sec V-sit legs up or down depending on your strength

20 sec Russian twist or straight arm raises

*be careful not to arch back, engage your core, breath and pelvic floor, these moves are hard and incorporate lots of core!

Repeat twice or 3 times for an extra push
