It’s Thursdays with Trina and now is the time to take your waist line and health seriously.  Summer is here and that means more skin revealed and less clothing (we can’t hide under our hoodies anymore).  Are you sluggish during the day, lacking in focus, uninspired to get up and move?  Time to increase your energy with foods that are clean and get you lean! Kale is an amazing power food and should be consumed daily. Enjoy digestive enzymes, fibre, antioxidants and so much more.   Join me for some Energizing Green Juice that only takes 5 minutes!

Kale Juice1What You Need

2 cups of water
2 large handfuls of kale (fresh or frozen)
½ a large English cucumber
2 slices of pineapple
1 whole apple (core and remove seeds)
5 ice cubes

Add all ingredients in a blender in the order above

Blend and enjoy!
