Energizing Green Juice Healthy Recipe
Gluten free, dairy free, nut free, vegetarian
Ingredients: 2 mason jars
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups or large handfuls kale or spinach *fresh or frozen, grow at home here
- ½ one large english cucumber, *peel if not organic
- 2 slices pineapple or mango
- 1 whole apple, core removed *I chose royal gala
- 5 ice cubes
- 3 tbsp hemp seeds
- Squeeze of lemon juice
How to Make:
- Add liquid to blender first
- Add ingredients in order listed above
- Blend and enjoy!

Homemade juice is an easy way to increase energy with foods that are clean and control body fat. Kale and spinach are amazing power foods to add to your diet. This drink comes with healthy digestive enzymes, fibre, antioxidants and flooded with antioxidants.
Seal it well in a mason jar if you don’t drink it all at once. Juice is my go to if I want to cut caffeine, sugar or manage cravings. This gives you so much energy. Start your mornings with green juice. This is one of my favourites.
