I am always so confused about the choices and prices at the Supermarket.  Which produce is the most contaminated with pesticides?  Is organic best or a big gimmick?  I can’t afford everything organic so what do I buy?  What are the least contaminated fruits and veggies?  Why do they even use pesticides?  Thanks to one of our members who beat me to the article and forwarded the link.   Once again, Apples are #1 on the Dirty Dozen list and a must buy organic.  The Hamilton Spectator just released an article that will answer so many of your questions about the Dirty Dozen of Produce.
