Coconut Protein Balls
Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
1/4 cup coconut oil (solid)
2 tbsp almond butter
1/2 tsp all natural unsweetened cocoa
2 tbsp hemp hearts
2 tsp splenda and chia seeds (I would definitely OMIT Splenda and replace with coconut sugar)
Mix into a paste, refrigerate for 30min, roll into balls, coat balls in more unsweetened shredded coconut.
Freeze for snack. Enjoy! Makes about 20 balls depending on you bite size preference.
