Fit4Females fans you are going to love this Chocolate Milkshake hold the belly fat smoothie. As part of the F4F A-T-T-A-C-K Challenge I have decreased my caffeine intake for the month. I always look for clean, non processed and healthy ingredients. Fill your cup with a dose of healthy nutrition, vitamins, fat and some iron without all of the added fat that will go straight to your belly. Chocolate Milkshake hold the Belly Fat
(without the belly shake)
2 cups Almond Milk (Hemp or Rice if allergies)
1 scoop of Vega One Chocolate Protein Smoothie
4 organic frozen strawberries
1 tsp of OMEGA 369 Oil
1 tsp of almond butter
1 palmful of Pumpkin seeds
1/2 small frozen banana
1tsp of ground chia seeds for Fibre
6 ice cubes
